Sailor,

The alignment machine was due for a calibration and we did the second alignment right after it was recalibrated. Also, nothing is perfect. If all the tolerances just happen to line up to create a pull to the left thats what ypu've got. Finally, the dealer did take it for a test drive. On the local streets, the tires are tramlining and following the road imperfections so you can't feel anything. They did take it up on the highway but observed the speed limit. My pulling wasn't really obvious until 70 and wasn't annoying until 80.

Also, the STI's tires aren't directional, they do however have an inside and an outside, but aren't directional. If the 2nd alignment didn't work the dealer was prepared as a next step to pull the wheels off a new STI for a brief trip to definitively exclude the wheels/tires.

Re inflation pressure. That was the first thing I checked. (kindof like "is the computer plugged into the wall") I did that before I even called them.
