Default Squeaking noise when turning?

Ok my STi has over 75k miles on it. Last week I had been hearing a squeaking noise every time I turned it on and just assumed it was due to the colder weather as it went away almost immediately. Then a few days after that start I was driving home and bam power steering gone! I was only a minute or 2 away from the local shop so I stopped in there and the power steering belt was trashed. So they replaced that and all was well.

Now the past couple days I have heard a squeaking again when I first turn the car on and turn the wheels 75-100%. The steering also feels sort of pulsing like sort of hard to turn. Is this my power steering pump dying or a bad pulley? (which they said they checked).

Once the car warms up it seems to go away, but gonna try to investigate tomorrow mornin.
