they are not powered. they do fit lhd im not sure about fitting 06 but they should.

Who are they made by?

The mirros are chargespeed.

as for carbon fiber covers in oem style, we dont. im not sure if anyone makes them either.

not that i know of. when we tried it on the shop sti we just poped the old cover off the front (we dont have fogs) and just slid the cf ones in the same way.
