Sure does. All holes there. Just like a stell replacement trunk except it is in beautiful lightweight aluminum. This is an OEM supplied part.

This has holes for the spec c wing which I have been told is the same as the wrx spoiler.

Don't know for sure but when you pick the aluminum lid up, there is a big difference from stock. Maybe someone who has weighed the stock unit can pipe in.
