my car's gonna be in the shop for around a week prolly. I'll see if I can go to the shop and grab the headlights and leave. I wonder what the mechanics at the dealership's gonna say tho. What should I tell em?

tell them you're getting you lights cleared. i doubt they'll really care.

Well just remind them who owns the car if they give you a problem.

I would head over there now (if you want to send them out to me) Pop in and talk to the manager. Say that you want to grab your lamps, you are doing a little project (adding new bulbs as well as some vinyl eyebrows) and that you thought this would be a good time to do your *project*

since the car is sitting in the shop anyways...
