Sounds good. Shipping to CA is no problem.

Not much else to worry about. if you were super paranoid, you could use some plastic tarp and tape it up to the opening (like the ghetto fix for smashed windows).
hahaha Yeah I want to see at least one 06 cleared before I do it myself. to see what it looks like.

i'll really want to do this. I'm willing to pay the 50 + shipping. The only problem I have now is the STi is my daily driver. I need to drive it to work, etc, etc... Who thinks I can drive around without headlights for a week?

Obviously you wouldnt be able to drive at night!

I think its doable, but its going to be strange and unsafe, and youd get pulled over.

got my lamps out. man those electrical connectors were a pita to get out. my fingers are still numb. anyways, what's the best way to pack up the lamps? i figure i'd wrap the lamps in bubble pack, then some newspaper, and fill with packing peanuts? any other suggestions?

Sounds about right to me. Just makes sure the entire lamp is bubblewrapped, and then put in peanuts to make it nice and tight. Usually things get broken when the inside of the box isnt packed tight enough, so just pack it tight and it should be good to go.

Let me know when they ship. Thanks Kev.

of course I did (cuz I have to depart from driving in about 2 years... don't want my baby sitting in some poop for 2-3 years)

I guess so about the dealer thing. The thing is, my car's my daily so if I don't have it, then I'm basically screwed. How could I send you the headlights that I'll get them on time for the week?

EDIT: It's freaking 10 hours to get to your place from michigan lol

Ceaser just did my lamps and i gotta say... WOW! They look amazing. I love the way they look cleared out. Gives the front a real sharp look.

He did a real clean job and the lights look like they came out of the factory like that. Thanks a lot for the great job.

you're in the same position as where I am. Maybe you can borrow some lights from a friend of yours? I can't for sure cuz there aren't that many ppl with 06 sti... Maybe I should get some fake headlights somehow lol
