Default ese-grill (pillar-less) installed

Esemes is offering a grill exchange program.
This is obviously a cosmetic mod, and I am sure many will not like it, I do. I welcome opinions.

I sent him a check and he sent me one. He makes no money on the transaction, just helping out fellow STi nuts. Dealing with him was on par with the best official vendors I have worked with in the past, and much better than most. The grill arrived today as advertised. It was well packed It looks awesome, the finish is flawless, better than I expected. The areas that have been removed look perfect and you can not tell that the grill was not made this way by the factory, other than the fact that the finish is much nicer.

I am very satisfied with the grill, I think the car looks much better in this "stealth" mode. I took a few pictures but it is very cold and dark here in Minnesota so good installed pictures will have to wait for outdoor sun tomorrow.

Overall great! Thanks Esemes. :P

I am still working on my grill, I got an extra STi grill from my uncle to practice on. It's coming out good so far.

lol only scott could get such a mirror finish on a mere grille. Looks great.

Off-Topic: I dont have a dremel or care to get one. But ... i'd love to pay someone to do the "Passport Radar Remote Mod" for me. I'm in love with that lil' DIY.

A security question, will removing the emblem make it easier for a theif to open your hood and disconnect your car battery?

maybe a little but either way they can just rip the plastic grill out and stick their hand in there.
