can someone from your company please respond as to the lastest of my situation with you guys??

i have emailed and got no response
i have called and no one picks up

i hate to go this route but i keep being told one thing and nothing happens or something different happens--it has been 3 weeks since the last update and i was told it was being rewrapped and shipped

i just need to know what is going on -- that is all--
