IWSTI Addict since: Oct 2003 Trader Rating: (1) | My biggest gripe with my 08 STI is the factory steering wheel. I'd like to get it padded and recovered with alacantara, but I'm going to be running A-Stock AutoX this summer. Is padding/recovering the factory steering wheel legal for the Stock class? Thanks in advance! This ad is not endorsed by this member. Please register or login to hide this ad. |

IWSTI Addict since: Apr 2006 Trader Rating: (23) | "Alternate steering wheels are allowed, provided the outside diameter is not changed by more than one inch from the standard size. Steering wheels with an integral airbag may not be changed." The rule book is pretty vague. Your best bet is to contact SEB. |

| Junior STI Driver | It is legal. also falls under 13.2 BODYWORK A. Accessories, gauges, indicators, lights and other appearance, weight of the car are permitted.comfort and convenience modifications which have no effect on performance and/or handling and do not materially reduce the I already asked the SEB |
