2006 WRC Mexico Questions

Has anyone here gone to that event? And if so I have a few questions:

What is the best hotel to stay at in Leon?

What is the difference in the VIP pass vs the rally pass and mostly is it worth the extra cost?

Ticketmaster Mexico only takes VISA, any other way to pay (only have a MC)?

Is it better to fly into Leon direct or Mexico City and a bus trip to Leon?

Thanks for any advise...

March 2-5, you should have stayed longer!

I'm having trouble with the WRC passes since I don't have a VISA card.

I'll be going next year more than likely unless Rally New York gets the go ahead for the 2007 calendar, then that will be my place of sanction., college superly sucks. Save Save Save :P.

There are some people on here that did attend this event lastyear so keep this on some of the top pages and I'm sure you'll get some usefull info. Doesn't the FIA website tell you the difference in the tickets? Have fun

Yes the Mexico WRC site does have info but, was just wondering if the difference in price (several hundred bucks for two tickets) is worth the price in features and seating.
