Default Solberg Wins Second w/ New Car @ Rally Acropolis

Glad to see Subaru has built a car that appears to be competitive even if it is a little late. I don't know about anyone else but I was getting frustrated for Petter being at a disadvantage with the old car.

Atkinson did not fair so well over the weekend and suffered mechanical problems on several stages.

so happy for the team. looks like the hatch is working out well for them.

did anyone else notice they are running what looks like a stock STi top mount i/c? those are big torque #'s for a top mount!

That's the air filter. They run a V-mount system still. You can see the charge pipe running from the front on the driver's side.

Shouldn't the thread title be "Solberg finishes second place @ Acropolis?" Winning second just seems odd to me it sounds like "He got first place for the second time," which is untrue. Great news anyway though.

The wordage did sound odd to me after I posted. But winning doesn't necessarily equal finishing first. The dictionary has several definitions for win.
