Must you have engine management to use those or the stock ECU can tolerate them? how would they be for an daily driver car before engine management?

you cannot swap injectors... i was told one of the tech guys at perrin ran their 720ccs and their BIG MAF setup and were fine without tuning, but the only used it for a couple weeks and said that he didnt recommend doing it. So I would say GET managment if you get injectors.
