The XX Tuning Header Kits are made from stainless steel and have a 4 to 1 collector design. Included is a 3 Bolt flanged Up-pipe with a velocity chamber to provide an increase in exhaust velocity (that and 3 bolt design for best sealing capablities). Average gains have been 15-20 WHP & WTQ. Higher dyno numbers have been seen with more modifications and even more with engine managment (although not required). The headers have an EGT probe bung for those with EGT gauges! **If you do not have an EGT probe, you will need to buy a plug for this hole**

They are just like the other brand name (GTSpec2). Just without the LABEL & Cheaper.

Yes its easily a "bolt on mod". It took my mechanic 1 hour or so to do it, so I'd say a *shrug* 3-4 outta 10 for difficulty. (When you get the headers and uppipe in, take the uppipe to a store for a plug for the EGT probe, if you do not have an egt gauge).

Ogane... if you're interested... theres 1 spot left for the group buy... 434.99 shipped!! Get in on it as its a one time deal. Its in the group buy forum, after that, i can only sell them as single units.

Yeagan dynoed his car with HEADERS ONLY!!! and produced: +16 whp +18 ft/lb torque!!!! Thats a huge gain for a $4XX mod!!! It does even more when your car has other modifications! Get them while they last!!

What is the warrantee on this product? What if we used header wrap? What if we had it coated? Is the warrantee thru you or XXTuning?

i believe there is a warranty if you buy them coated from XXTuning, doing it yourself is like subaru warrantying your aftermarket exhaust

. I'd contact XXtuning for specific details!

Warranty: Our headers are provided with a two year warranty against manufacturing defects. AirBorn Coatings coated products are covered by AirBorn Coatings warranties on coating of new products as well as the original manufacturer warranty. Any change to the coating or structure of the header after purchase voids all warranties.

Dang, 225 lb-ft at 3000 rpm vs 185, a 40 lb-ft of torque gain! I could handle a 600-700 rpm reduction in lag to that torque.

Looks like a must-have mod for anybody autocrossing in a class where such mods are allowed.
