I got mine installed last night. I looked over your "How-To", granted it's not all that hard to do, but I had a hard time trying to figure out what wire went where. Took a bit longer than expected due to trial and error but it's all in there now and looks stealthy. (solid black would have been nicer tho)

Throttle response "feels" a bit smoother. Haven't had a chance to get on it yet tho.

Quick FYI, the bolts in the intake manifold strip out REAL easy!!! Just snug them up.

Ya im really sorry about the color... at first when i saw their site, I thought they had just cut the wire in half (like with a wire stripper) and it was actually solid black, but they did it just to show the silver wire underneath. Im sorry I didnt mean to get the whole black/clear candy cane look . Im glad you are noticing some differences, but make sure to give it a couple days too and see how it is. If you didnt do the ECU trick, it will have to reset on its own and that may take a little bit. Also let me know how your idle is, how easy is it to start up, etc... My car starts up instantly rain/shine/cold/ etc ... and idle is still perfect when cold, so I am just curious. Thanks again for the compliments and sorry about the color .

Ya man IM hurrying! # 1 - 11 are done I believe. So if your name is on that part of the list, its finished and will be out tomorrow. Also check your name as I have either used: First Name Last initial, your email's name *before the @ symbol*, your screen name on here, or something like that. Thanks again for all the orders! As for new stuff coming up soon. How about some anondized parts . Maybe like a solenoid cover and such? Polished aluminum/anondized/etc will be available! Im scaling interest so please give me some feedback. (Also what would you want on it? STi? StaticX? Boost Solenoid? Etc... Thanks!!!)

Sounds like the StaticX manufacturing plant is working 110%. I will let you know what I think of mine when it arrives tomorrow.

I have to be honest....I was skeptical...I mean i know the car wasnt grounded right...my installer pointed that out to me9he takes voltage readings...etc). I got my kit today....very well made Robert, nice job....and the ecu trick...gold.... there is a nice straight road right up the street from me not highly traveled....and i actually felt the car "change". boost went up just like the link said it would...and when i had felt it was adequately done...i had to take it on the highway "just to check thru all the gears...very nice and smoother than it's ever been......it took me by surprise again at how fast this car really is...i think i'll follow Roberts advice...He knows whats up....thanks again Mark

To those who have already received the kit - about how long does it take to put on? Also, will I require an extension for my socket set to get at any of the contact points? Thanks, lads.

the point that is underneath the alternator is a pain...i had to use two extensions...and my swivel head for my ratchet....it was even tougher to get back in....i took my time laid out the wires to see which one reached which points....took about an hour...but like i said i took my time.

Ya that bolt is a toughy took me a while to do that too. Also, I know I dont have the wires labeled, but they are taped in order. Wire 1 is on the far left ... and you just go from there on. I will start labeling them somehow, but they are taped in order.

LOL ya same here man. I had my mechanic go in and put it back in correctly as I got mad and stripped it pulling it out so hard and fast, but its ok all is good now. Just take your time, get some help if needed, and do it slowly. Hows it working out trey? I hope good . Xman is going to put up his huge review soon, as he was doing tests and such on it, as hes my test guy.

I did strip that one. I cussed a lot at it and it still stripped on me. I must have lacked patience.
