Robert,

I am in the market for a new lightweight crank pulley as I am not very happy with my current Agency Power pulley. I get weird whistling noises at speeds of around 30-40 mph that i didnt have before the pulley and my steering wheel vibrates randomly when the im on good flat roads...

Will this problem occur with this pulley?

Not a chance, the reason we developed this pulley was because of the Agency Power. When our customer got it in and realized the shape it was in, he believed there should be a better pulley and that it should be replaced at our cost. We then teamed up with a govt. facility in FL (developing everything from race rotors to missles to etc) and had them design us a pulley from scratch basically. This time taking into sense the need of accurate treads on the pulley (in order to not prematurely ruin the belts), proper balance, very very low tolerances, etc. and still giving the most durable and lightweight pulley available.

I can guarantee you none of these problems will occur. We've used it on stock and 370whp now and have 0 problems. We have oil tests to show our engine being in BETTER condition with MORE miles on the oil when using the pulley. This is even on an engine that has had tens of thousands of miles of lightweight pulleys on it before. Thanks Junaid!

im wondering if your pulley is better than others due to the high(er) degree of balancing?

perhpas the others caused isssues becuse they were off balance; transmitting this into the crank....

theory, at best......

ese

ps- any red ones for the 06?

So I was all excited about my install this last weekend. I blocked out a couple of hours to go get an upgraded very fancy craftsman torquewrench, breaker bar and some other miscellaneous items.

Thing was... I totally forgot about only having 3/8" sockets. Duh! Both the wrench and breaker I purchased were for 1/2" sockets. Just another excuse for additional tool upgrades. But it will have to be next weekend. I only get so much time to work baby-free...

I am actually really excited about this peice. Are they in stock and ready to ship? I get paid this friday (I know it may seem far away but im ready to ditch vibrations )

And when you mean MSRP, is the current price lower?

And at my 30k service, will they tell me if the belts are ruined? I would like to tackle the belts to if necesary at the sametime as the pulley. And are belts expensive?

Due to the quality, durability, and the fact we believe its better then any pulley available, the price (MSRP) may go up some. We are working with a few companies who will sell them at the price they desire and will be posting our dealers as soon as we get all of that sorted out. We have 25 in the process on order to take care of the backorder and get everything squared away.

We changed the belts recently for when we were selling our 04 and the old belts looked perfectly fine. We specifically found this issue in another pulley's design and was one of the main features we made sure to tackle (proper belt wear and fitment).

Price will be $129 Starting Oct 10. We have 25 pulleys coming, most are already presold from backorders so that we can get them all taken care of. We'll be doing a much bigger batch the next time around of at least 100+.

Thank you!

I'm interested but was wondering how the diamond configuration came into the design. Is that for aesthetics or does it hold a structural advantage?

Are the installation instructions available yet? This looks like a cool mod, but I'm fairly n00bish.... I'd love to install it myself if it's not too involved.
