Anybody up here? I see a few around town so I know some people have these in Jax here.

Anybody ever gets together or anything?

Hey UA, I'll have mine soon. My buddy sold his '04 Silver and it's sitting at the Toyota dealership across from the Suby shop. Other than that, I see them all the time but don't know them. I think I saw yours a couple of times too. Seems like there are enough around to have some sort of meet. I'm planning on taking mine to a SCCA event after break-in to see what mods people like and to get some driving practice.

Surfer Steve, I'm in Neptune Beach.....STi on order and should have by end of June. I surf too. Did you catch the glassy little waves Saturday morning before the wind got on it? Pretty fun!

yea I caught it on Saturday morning.. And Sunday afternoon was really fun I surfed it at 9th north till dark and had a blast!!!
Let me know when you get your STI so I can check it out. I got a 05 WRX and love it; jest got my Turboxs stealth back on a little while ago. I also have a Perrin short ram and the new autometer NEXUS gauges. Are you buying from Subaru of Jacksonville? If so talk to Ted he got me a great deal on my suby.

Sounds like a nice set up! I worked with Scott and think I got a pretty good deal although it is still a lot of money. They didn't have the CGM on the lot so I ordered one and probably could have gotten a better deal on one sitting in the lot....plus I'd have it already!!

I'll let you know when it comes in. I'll e-mail you a pic from Saturday morning in a few minutes. Let me know if you get it or not because the firewall here is pretty tough!

hell yea, I am up for it! a lot of my buddies are not into cars only surfin so I would really like to meet some new people that are into subys... name the date and time to meet up...

Ditto....although I may not have my car yet....I'll be like that guy in the TV ad that goes mountain biking although he's got no bike!! Nonetheless, name a time! I can come over and drool on your cars.....

Have you guys gone to any SCCA events? My buddy took his WRX there during their annual track school and had a blast. he said it was cheap too. He said there was a bunch of STi's there.....
