It would be nice to get a critique of my run from my competition. Where did you guys go faster/slower at?

I think I lost some time on the initial first 2 cones. Trying to launch and manuever around that tight turn was a little hairy. Also from your video and from my run and when Andy took my car around, he was in 3rd and all the way to the floor when he came off the turn around. I was loosing a lot of time because i was going in to the turn around and the last slolom WAY to fast and was wasting time trying to compensate. After watching him I am not braking near hard enough. Compared to your video I can tell i lost time in the turn around. if i had just slowed down more and then powered through it I think I could have knocked some time off. Especially since Andy showed me that i could have easily gotten another 2 seconds out of my car.

Good feedback, thanks. Yeah, on the way home Brenda and I were talking about using 3rd gear on the back stretch and the best way to do the turnaround. The only time we saw 3rd was a split second before the finish line....

this is kinda OT but do u ever have a problem with ur 20% tint?

the popo around jax doesnt seem as bad as other places but im just wondering

Oh definately. We'll just meet up behind Tinseltown so we can get in groups and come in from different directions. Groups will be divided by car color, and we can all come in at the same time reving our engines at the VW guys. I can see it now.

Ha Ha maybe come from behind the VW's and crisscross in front of them and then turn into the spaces facing them until we're lined up with our brights on with the final last three revs in unison and then we turn our engines/lights off.

Probably more impressive with more than 1 or 2 Subies.....
