Dang, where is my car? Looks like a pretty good group showing up to this month's meet. I just spent a week in TN....did a little sport bike riding on some mountain roads.....looked like it would be fun in the STI too....

Hi all,

I was talking to I belive he said his name was Mark at Jax raceway this Sat. night. He had a WRB STI gave me a invite to the meet this thursday and told me to check out this sight. I am over on nasioc I just don't post up there to much. Just picked up my 05 WRB STI 2 weeks ago from Mastro down in Tampa.
It's been 2 years since I traded in my 02 Rex on anuther car. I just missed the scooby so I had to come back and rejoin the Subaru family. Had a my 99 2.5 RS befour the rex so this is the 3rd scooby for me. All I have to say is Ahhhh nice to be back

Going to try and make it over for the meet, not sure with work yet though. If I don't make it to this one I will be at the next one I am sure.
Look forward to meeting all you guys.

Scott says the pipeline says, "June 24".....Hey, that would be Friday!!! Yeah, what are the odds? I won't hold my breath.....but if it does the first drive is to the tint shop. Any suggestions? I had my Acura done at a little stereo shop over on Beach Blvd near the Pottsburg Crk......

I think we were saying last Thursday of the month....for the time being. Once everybody has that down we're sure to change it.

Welcome Liquid! I guess Mastro has it's own in-house tuner like Jacksonville. I think they've been at it a bit longer though in Tampa. Heard any feedback positive or negative? - Karl

I do belive Mastro has there own tunner in house, not sure about how long though. I just went there to buy my STI as they had one on the lot in RBP. Pluse I got it at the invoice price. I did the whole thing over the phone and just went down to pick it up.
I had stoped by Jacksonville Subaru (I live in Jax) and they only had silver ones on the lot. I had asked the sales guy if he could order one in RBP and he said he could only order an 06. Maybe he just wanted to make a sale on one of the ones on the lot, I dunno.
Anyhow, I will be getting my tunning done at Subaru of Jacksonville when I start to mod my car. I do all of my installes myself (including a IHI VF 30 turbo swap on my WRX) but when it comes to EM I will stick with the pros.

Sorry about the name, don't know why Mark was stuck in my head. I hope to make it to the meet, I just need to see if I have the day off from my part time job.
Finaly out of the break in on my car so the next time I am at the track I will be running to see what some base times are befour I start the mods.
I'll see you at the meet or at the track next time around. It is nice to see so many scoobys around here in Jax.
