IWSTI Addict since: May 2004 Trader Rating: (2) | Dave - I'm going to get the Spearco (assuming the good deals still exist), and will have to re-research who is doing the TGV + gaskets these days. Any suggestions? |

IWSTI Addict since: Feb 2007 Trader Rating: (3) | I need to do that too. We should have a TGV delete party!! I think Grimmspeed supposedly does good work. APS ones are too blasted expensive. If I had an extra set of 07 TGV's i would do it myself. I did not pull the trigger on the SZ49. Deal seemed too good to be true, which usually means it probably is. The price he was offering it for it should have sold a long time ago. I have a call into deadbolt to ask him about the original owner of the turbo, and to see if they would rebuild it for me free after purchasing through this fella. Plus to do TGV deletes, EWG, injectors, turbo inlet, and other odds and ends it would just put me over the budget i want to spend on the car right now so I am going to just do TGv's, extrude honed manifolds, ewg, geta a retune and do the turbo after I move. |

IWSTI Addict since: May 2004 Trader Rating: (2) | ^ I'm up for that. ![]() Grimmspeed is where I was looking as well. They also have the "big gasket," or phenolic spacer, or whatever they are calling it now. My plan is to do the TMIC, TGV/d, and swap out the TXS high-flow cat for catless a week before TopSpeed comes. Just enough time to make sure the install went well, but not too long that I go nuts driving at part-throttle. This ad is not endorsed by this member. Please register or login to hide this ad. |
