Once I realized I was doing almost triple digit speeds I got off it and let
him go by. Then he kept trying to get me to go some more, but I managed
to resist the temptation. Probably not the best time, place, or weather for
doing something stupid like that.

If you want to go again in the next few weeks it would have to be the saturday test n tune. I got stuck working a late shift at work till the 9th of next month. Just let me know, might be able to get a few other cars to go.

Yeah, unfortunately with street racing the win goes to whoever is stupid enough to keep their foot in it no matter how dangerous it gets....that's what I hate about kill stories. If someone tells me they blew away somebody on the street I always say if it wasn't on the track then it doesn't count. This guy can claim he beat an STI now since you had the brains to back off.....but at the track I'm sure he wouldn't stand a chance. ~Karl

That would be pretty cool, noles > gators, IMO. But UF is good location wise. My neighbor went there for a while and liked it, he said the track is open a lot, its close to Jax, and of course lots of college-aged potential Although he never mentioned school though

Haha.. well allright then... yeah Jax is sweet and a six hour drive to get back there for a weekend...just plain sucks.. lots of miles too, not that i have enough allready. like 32,000 lol. oh yeah my headlight got moisture in there and dont work anymore...lucky me, im gonna open them up and paint the housing black while im there. and reseal it with some serious silicone haha. but they should work after that i am told. So if you do yours, put extra sealer in there

well allright that sounds good, i talked to a guy on IWSTI that had those gold STi stickers, he said he could have the shop make me up a couple for 25$.. idk if i want to keep it debadged or not, but i remember you saying that you wanted them too so if you want i will give you his name. he had a white one with the stickers. looked really good.
