UA I have a gpmoto unichip sitting right here Ill give you an awesome deal on.

What EM are you planning on going with? I hear thee AP with ST its more than enough for a street Subaru. If you get a pro to tune the AP they can tune in the pro mode which is basically the entire computer. Although Im not exactly sure how this works, my AP will be here tomorrow and my ST will be here next week so Ill be a little more informative then.

I guess the meet fell on a bad day this month for most people. Oh well, next time I'll be able to stay longer and have some new mods.

Yeah, what was that all about? I saw something coming up from behind me quick so I stepped on it and next thing I knew the yellow "thang" was by me and we were looking at some poor car trying to get across in front of us in the rain. Brakes!! Sucked really....The funny thing is I passed him after the next light and bugged out to the right on Beach Blvd and I look back to see you hauling butt past him!! I got a good laugh at that! How long did that go on?

Anyway, other than that bit of excitement I had a good time.

Think the last Sunday of the month in the afternoon would be better?

Also, we need to get signed up for the September SCCA autocross....I'll post a little info from an e-mail I got in case there are some other noobs like me out there that want to learn to drive....

Default SCCA Jacksonville Event - September 25

Here's the e-mail I got from Paula Frazier when I was asking about some driver training my buddy had received here in Jacksonville:

<< Ahhhhh...Okay. He probably attended a "School" event. They usually have one early in the year, but when I look at the schedule they didn't have it until June. I haven't heard any word that they want to do another this year, so you may need to wait until next year. However, it would be okay for you to attend a regular event. You can learn alot from participating in those. They do have novice instruction, and walk-thru's, so you won't just be thrown to the wolves. If you attend the next one in Jax (Sept. 25), I would highly recommend looking up Doug Gollnick. He drives a silver subaru, and is very experienced, and very nice and helpful.

Hope this helps!

I'll send the Buccaneer link out next. Whenever I go over the past race data one guy always seems to be faster than the others. An old '77 911!!!!

I didn't get out of work until 8:30 so didn't even bother going over there, figured everybody is gone already, plus it was raining like crazy.

IM definatly down for the scca stuff. I have been wondering how to get into that.

Hey electron, what this I hear you telling people you beat me at the track when we went? I have all the slips as well as pics of my car with the 345 on it showing my times. You did once get a faster time than me, but that was one run out of 6.

Who said that? Everyone I told about that day I showed the slips to, there still in the car, so that would have made it pretty apparent. Actually most of the time I show off my 15.2, because its funny. If anything, I do tell most people that both of us should be capable of better slips with some more seat time. But that about it.
