STIBaby, I show your shipment as going out 12/08/05 Priority Mail (Tracking number 0103 8555 7495 6935 0278 ). Going to USPS tracking, they indicate notification of mailing but do not confirm receipt. Let me check on this. If we can't resolve, I will ship you a new order.

how hard is the install for the dead pedal.

The dead pedal takes less than a minute to install and doesn't require any special knowledge.
