Saw a Black STi with Silver Rims take off at the light on Cabot an Oso Parkway. Car Sounded nice. Had Exhaust and Intake for sure.

i got scared cause it wasn't my car and just from being stock then all the sudden driving a stage 2 is kinda too fast. i didn't know what your car is capable of doing that's why i was scared that i might crash it, if it was my car i'd go faster.

Thirsti, when / where are you getting protuned? I've been turned onto Simon at Aerosim-Research in Costa Mesa. I think I'll end up going to them to go protuned myself.

yea man of course. I sent them an email and will call after 5pm (per the answering machine) and let you know.

Maybe me, you and thirsti can get it all done at the same time. I think there were a few others as well that wanted protune.

Aerosim-Research says they don't do protune's at the moment. Simon may or may not do them at a later time but not right now. Can anyone give me a recommendation for a good protuner is so cal, other than Dan Harman at Harman Motive? Thanks

I am going to Gruppe-S sometime this month planned around a trip to the SF Bay Area. My friend Kenny got ~25whp more IIRC just from his 1 hour Protune in a WRX..1 hour $195. He was saying they get a bit higher gains in STi's.

From what I've heard Harman Motive is the only shop with ProTuner capabilities in SoCal. : (

Yeah nice to meet you too man. I see a Black/Gold STi turning left on Pacific Park from City lights almost every day... must normally be someone else
