i would have to say john at hb speed has clients for life. people travel miles to see him. that say something in itself check youtube "08 sti stg 2 pt 2" part one is there too .. thanks john

I definately recommend HB Speed. John and the crew down at HB really care about what matters most the customers. He helped out me and my bro and their hospitality is second to none. He has my vote. Harman also does great work but they are a little bit more expensive but i have had no problems with them. I would definately not recommend Crawford/ I speed. My brother has spent a nice amount of money there and since his name isnt ken block or someone known; they just treat you like you are not worth their time. I used to back up crawford not any more. Customer service for the win which that means HB.

I am looking to get my 06 protuned very soon. How well are the tuners able to dial in every day driveability? ie vac->boost transitions at varying RPM, smoothness throughout the powerband on/off boost, etc? I ask this because I imagine they do the tuning exclusively on the dyno. Thanks in advance.

Also, on top of that, the ability to maximize for fuel economy in regular off boost driving.

Funny you should bring up pricing, there isnt anybody out there better priced, 2 maps for 400 dollars, is way less then ANY of the other prices I have recieved. Jon is a great guy and he has a very knowledgable staff, I have seen them work on just about anything on our cars, you name it, I agree with wdb HB is the greatest tuner ever! And I do plan on getting tuned by him, as soon as I can afford it Messed up school schedule is preventing me from working enough hours this semester. But that is the top of my "things to do when I get money" list.

Did Harman take 6 weeks to get you in from when you made your appt.?, and yes HB was everything with the 400, even tax. 2 maps
