Talking GrimmSpeed Porting and Ceramic Coating Services

Welcom to our favorite pastime....porting, polishing, and ceramic coating.

Exhaust Manifold
Welcome to our hottest product! Our Subaru boxer engines kill our spool up time, most noteably because of the very long exhaust manifold. To directly combat this loss of spool up we will port and polish all 9 inlets/outlets of your 3 piece exhaust manifold. We enlarge each port to match up with the stock subaru gaskets, porting ~6-7mm of material at the entrance/outlet of each port.

PnP Exhaust Manifold $189.99 (+ 70 refunable core charge)
Optional Ceramic Coating: 49.99

Exhaust Manifold w/ v2 HiFlow Crossover Package $324.98 (+ 70 core charge and includes $35 discount)

Turbo
Porting and polshing your turbo is the single most important service we offer for decreasing your spool up times and shifting your entire powerband to the left. We port and polish both hotside inlet/outlet AND coldside inlet/outlet for maximum flow. Currently we have stopped our ceramic coatings for the turbo...if you can't live without the coating please contact us and we can work something out.
**PLEASE CONTACT FOR TURBO PRICING**

TGV Delete
Dont feel like spending 500 for a new set up butterfly-less tgvs? For less than 1/2 the price you can get the same exact benefits from our TGV Deletes. In this process we take a stock TGV and completely gut it, which includes taking out the metal plate, butterflies, and bar. These will allow for maximum flow through the TGV. Stop the engine's heat from entering the TGV's with our ceramic coating. It is very important that heat stays out of the TGV's because this is the last transfer before the intake air enters the engine. Cooler intake air equals more hp.

TGV Delete $179.99 (+ 100 refunable core charge)

TGV Delete w/ Ceramic Coating $229.99(+ 100 refunable core charge)

Downpipe
Match up that turbo to downpipe connection with our PnP service. We will gasket match your downpipe inlet to the turbo>downpipe gasket. If you have a divorced wastegate downpipe we will knife edge(show in picture) the split for smoother air flow. Keep the super-heated exhaust in your downpipe and away from your tranny by adding our ceramic coating. We also advise heat wrapping your downpipe as a second defense against the heat.
Downpipe PnP AND Coating Package $169.99 (no core exchange, customer must send downpipe in for service)

PnP Service Only $79.99 (no core exchange, customer must send downpipe in for service)

Ceramic Coating Service Only $89.99 (no core exchange, customer must send downpipe in for service)

Intake Manifold

We bore out the ends of each of the 4 runners to better match up with the inlet of the TGV. From the factory there is a large step going into the TGV, we get rid of that step for a smoother transition. Feel like adding the bling factor with function?...add our option ceramic coating as shown in picture.

PnP Intake Manifold - STi/FXT $79.99 (+ 150 core charge)

Ceramic Coating Add-On $69.99

do u also have headers in stock ? the stock ones .. i was also wondering how much Hp and tq gain u mostly get for porting and polishing the stock ones .. other then going with new headers..

Also can i ship my stock headers get them port polished and coated with a high temp coating kind of like jethot coating .. how much would all that cost ?

also the reason why i asked about the vendor is usaly says vendor under the name

yep, we have about 15 stock ones in stock right now. 3rd parties have documented gains of 10-15 whp/wtq without a tune. the bonus to pnp/coating the stockers is you gain hp/tq and DONT loose lowend like the aftermarket headers...but GAIN low-end/spool up/mid-range.

yes you can ship your stock header to us as well if you would like. our coating is similar to a jethot type of coating. for the complete PnP and Ceramic Coat service it is 239.98.

I have just about every service these guys offer done to my STi and can vouch for the quality and service - it's Grade A!

I've yet to dyno my car or have it tuned, but should have some actual #s in the next 2 weeks; however, I do know that after having installed my GrimmSpeed Ported and Polished (PnP) Intake Manifold, PnP & Coated Throttle Body, PnP & Coated Exhaust Manifolds, TGV Deletes (coated) and their new Phenolic Spacers, my car not only feels faster, it also pulls in a much smoother and lateral way...

Also, I had them coat my downpipe and asked Justin to inspect it and gave him the go-ahead to port and polish, if he saw fit... While I was totally willing to spend the $$$ that they charge to have this done, Justin was honest and told me that it wasn't beneficial to have to work done and only sold me what was necessary. I feel this speaks volumes about him and his business.

All those out there contemplating having any of this work done, I HIGHLY recommend moving ahead with it... you can't beat the prices or the quality.

I already have the Subaru JDM TGV's that come without the butterflies and all. How much would you charge if I shipped those out to you for porting? Also can you paint match the TGV to the color of the STi Manifold? Let me know what can be worked out! Thanks.

i can see what we have in the shop for powder coating colors. it wont be the ceramic coating just so you know. you do know that the jdm tgv's dont line up to the usdm manifold without modification correct? it really depends on how much pnp'ing the tgv's would need still. my guess is that we could do it for a pretty reasonable price.

Alright, since the powder coating wouldn't be much of a help and more for looks I am going to chuck that idea. Let me know on a price if I shipp the JDM TGV's to you for the porting job. Yah I know about them not matching the holes, takes an extra 5 mins. Thanks for your reply and let me know how much.!

I don't know for sure if they do need the porting? Any suggestions or ideas on how to know?
