IWSTI Addict since: Jul 2004 Trader Rating: (0) | In a near-replay of the May event, I had a successful and gratifying June race. Out of 50 very competitive cars, I finished first in the SM class and second overall. Based on what I learned from my successful May race, I was able to start off faster this month, using similar settings with the right camber, height and dampening adjustments from my new, high performing HKS Hipermax RS coil-over suspension. With these improvements, I’m confident that I can now enter corners with full grip, knowing exactly how my car will respond. On my last run alone, I made a small suspension and tire pressure adjustment, dropped -0.3 of a second and secured my second-place overall finish in a tough battle against a well-driven C5 Corvette. Just like last month, the weather was perfect for racing. The course itself was challenging (demanding concentration with varying transitions), yet rewarding, as I finished on a clean, no-cones-hit lap. I’m extremely pleased with my May and June results, and looking forward to July. Hopefully, I’ll make it three for three! IWSTI Addict since: Jul 2004 Trader Rating: (0) | the microphone is very sensitive and picks up nearly everthing. There's a mess of a/v wires taht are behind my seat which is what you hear most of the time..I'll put the mic in a better area next time...like the engine compartment |

This last event I tie strapped it to the harness bar behind the drivers seat and got the best results. I also bought the Radio Shack foam covers that helps reduce the wind noise.
