i might be mistaken but i believe Group 5 rally is RWD and allows V8's. i was wondering if anyone knows if they still run this class. they being the SCCA. this post goes hand in hand with my question about the cost of a race team. thinking about prepping a 5.0 Mustang with a 302. i am not ready to sacrifice my STi yet. i also am thinking Mustang because they are cheap and plentiful. plus i know more than enough about them to do most of the work myself.
