I've purchased a few things from Import Image over the last 6 months and most recently i just purchased the BC Racing Coilovers. All i can say is that with each transaction, my expectations have been far exceeded. Josh has taken the time to answer my countless questions and has given me prices that are far below many other vendors. A++++ for prices and customer service!

If you're shopping around for parts make sure you stop by Import Image and at least give Josh a chance to get you what you're looking for at a great price!

A+ Bud...I've dealt with Joshy too for the past 1.5yrs...and nothing but drunk responses, phone calls, and IMing...But he still gets the job done...lol

I couldn't speak any higher of Josh at Import Image. I buy almost everything from him for obvious reasons. His customer service is second to none. He's not just there 8-5, he's there 12-12, and always has an answer. His shipping is fast, always has a tracking number, and you always get the part/quality of part you expected. Josh also knows what he is talking about. He's not just there to sell parts, he's there to help you too.

Definately recommended.

I guess me and my friend are the only ones had problems with him. I ordered some parts Wednesday nite and he said they will be shipping out Thursday morning. I didnt receive them on Monday (shipping from FL to SC takes only 2 days) and Pm'ed him to get my tracking number. He basicly forgot about my order until I pm'ed him and received my order next Wednesday. Not a single apology email. I think thats unacceptable. Very poor communication.

Didnt answer my friends' phone or pm's for a week.

Wont be making bussiness no more.

what parts? whats your first and last name? no parts bought listed, no real story? doesnt make sense unless a part was backordered. if so that would have been out of our control. we are sorry if parts were backordered, and we are sorry for any sort of delay, but we NEVER forget about customers!

check the day it is ordered and the day they were shipped. I have the pms I can post them here if u want them.

Neways, I dont care about the my order being late.
It is the lack of communication and ignorance is what pissed me off.

shipped the 25th as we must have been waiting on either the spark plugs or the fuel pump, sorry we sell alot of fuel pumps and sometimes do not realize that we've sold out already (like not im currently sold out til monday) appologies for that, but you got your parts within 5 business days.

your right, we are very ignorant over here lol we are sorry for it!

Bought my COs on Tuesday and received them today. The only thing that was missing was the rear extenders and I contacted Josh at iio.com and he sent me a tracking # for them with in a hour and he said I was getting the last ones in the US so

to Josh at ImportImageOnline.com. Cant wait to go back and buy some more stuff from him.

high recommend using this vendor because he has great customer service and very fast shipping.

Great vendor, I ordered my BC Racing coilover from Josh and not only did I get an awsome price, but the shipping was really quick as well. I would definetly do business with them again.
