To my understanding, the Whisper catbacks are awaiting new tips. Rich made a few posts about the catback in his thread.

Rich will come through for you

Bump for great service from Maddad.

Emailed them checking to see if they had the one piece v2 downpipe and single tip whisper catback.

Got a response back stating they did, put the order in that night and got it less then a week later.

So far things are great with these guys. I placed an order for their headers at the beginning of the month. They were closed for some time which explained the delay in shipping. Got back from vacation and still didnt hear anything. Shot Rich an email last night and he left me a voice mail this morning that they are going out today!

That is great customer service in my book! Ill wait till I check out the headers before my final review, but good things coming from Daddys so far!

I'll update here with how everything works out.

My situation was handled promptly and professionally. I received a replacement exhaust and shipping costs were taken care of. Stand up vendor.

Picked up my headers and up pipe yesterday. Took a look at them and they look great. Fantastic welds, nicely packaged with no issues. I still need to pick up an npt plug. Also waiting on some snap straps to wrap them, but I am very excited. Good communication from Rich and I am quite happy. Now I am just anxious for warm weather so I can get them on!

Dude is MIA. I have emailed and PM'd to no avail and I want to spend money. Its a tough life when a man with a toy can't be separated from his money. Oh well I'll spend it somewhere.

Well I am a little dissapointed. They posted here two months ago saying they were offering some new options in their clarity ultra series. I am still waiting on that to be available. I mean don't tease if you can't deliver....

USNSTI - The announcement is for the new Ultra 52mm series. They are being manufactured right now and we should have them literally in a week or two. The 52mm series have been in development for the past 6 months converting the 60mm circuit boards to 52mm. We also worked on incorporating multi step backlighting into the gauges so you can set one of 4 different contrast levels for the gauge with a day/night memory option built in. I have some photos of the new 52mm I have not posted yet.

FocusdSound - No boubt I have been MIA...or semi MIA anyway. The story is I started Daddy's/MadDad about 5 years ago as little hobby to put parts on my car without my wife always price matching me , the business has grown most definatley into a full time job/brand...however I still work 50 hours a week on job # 1, which also requires me to travel weekly and be "out of pocked" for one to a few days at a time. When I get back to the Daddy's/MadDad grind it often takes serveral days to catch up to the emails/pms and forum posts. It's been more challenging in the past 2 months than at any other time in the past 5 years. I'll see how things go over the next month or so and if need be it might be time to get someone on board part time to help run the ship. Generally when I work I do things in this order...process and ship any instock orders that were placed, get back to emails that were sent direct, get back to forum pms, and then grab the voice mails. But for some I am around and we've got some new products coming out shortly as well in addition the Ultra 52mm, including an 08 Shortly DP, and a new Equal Length header modeled for the 2.5 liter motors. We'll have that piece for show and tell by end of April, so I'm still pumping out the new products as well

I haven't voted yet because my gaugues will not be installed until Saturday, I'd like to see how they workout.

So far:

Website = needs to be redone, kind of hard to find stuff, fonts are really small.

Shipping = Great, no issues.

Reply to PM's = a little late, but better late than never.

Phone = can't get a hold of him.
