Got me my JDM STi Sport Muffler to my door in a week from when I ordered it. Even with shipping it was less than other vendors wanted and they wanted 4+ weeks for delivery.

I ordered the S204 dash kit from them as well. Took a while for them to get the kits back in stock but once they did it was at my house in 2 days.

Both times it took longer for the parts to get from my post office (3 miles away) to my house then it did to get from Tokyo to the post office... I hate my post office.

A+ for Japanparts in my book.

got my '05 rear spats from them. communication was pretty easy and they told me exactly what was going on with my order when i asked. when it finally shipped, it took no longer than 2 days from Ogikubo, Tokyo (the place where the package originated from) to CA.

also, when it said 10-15 days by air for shipping the spats on the website, well they didn't lie about that. i got them in about 14 days.

don't be afraid to ask them questions either if you don't speak Japanese; they have an English speakng staff. i sent several e-mails to them before and after my order; responses were very timely and informative.

i would do business with them again whenever i find a need for a jdm part that's really hard to find in the states.

from me for japanparts.com

I voted less than acceptable...my parts were damaged when i received them...and when i sent them pics and asked for some type of compensation or exchange they denied me. I will not be doing business with them anymore.

You guys know I am a JDM nut too...and I love their line of products for our cars, but customer service is pretty big with me...and they screwed me big time.

I am very impressed with Japan Parts.
After waiting over 4 months (supposed to be 4 to 6 weeks) for a JDM Genome I ordered through Mauro Motorsports, they had no clue on the whereabouts of my order. I got the ole' "that's what you get when you order parts from Japan" response . I cancelled that order and placed another one through Japan Parts. Within 4 days my Genome was in the US. I am now waiting on customs in Chicago. Atleast I know where it is now because they provide full tracking.

+1 STIgsxr1235 and myself got a groupbuy going for the 05/06 rear spats from this vendor. Graham couldnt have been any easier to do business with. He got us all a good price, and was very quick with the transactions and IMO it couldnt have gone any better then it did.

THANKS GRAHAM!

Purchased the S203 full dash kit, and had no problems.

Was part of the rear spat group buy, and once again, it worked out well.

Thumbs up

The only mod i ever got to do on my '05 STi (V-lip) was bought from japanparts last year, and the experience was .

Great communication from Koji-san thru email on the order status & shipping status, parts arrived well packed, on schedule.
They really seem to make an effort to make it a good customer experience, and the prices are fairly matched with the official STi parts website

Based on that i'll be ordering from them again, all i need is a new STi

brilliant vendor. i've done lots of business with them, and ordered lots of different kinds of things. the only time i had anything like a problem was when my credit card company got weird about sending lots of $$ to japan. can't recommend them highly enough.
