You said it right there, why should I believe you just because you posted some pictures? This whole argument between you two is a he said/she said match, and in the end I believe the customer over the tuner. Why? Because the customer is always right, even if he is a liar like you say.

Point being, you obviously did something wrong to piss him off so bad. That alone is enough for me not to want to do business with you.

As soon as I get the turbo kit on the 350z I'll post it up.

I've not lied. SBR has lied to me at least a dozen times on when my turbo was going to be in and what they had in stock before I ordered it and how much it was going to be. I also had a PM from you stating that if I sent the parts back you would send me a working 16g turbo. You did not say you were going to put the crap parts back together that you sent me that were not part of my turbo to begin with.

As far as your turbo rebuilder being so experienced then why did it take me 2 MONTHS to get anything from them? Why did I have to get back on the phone with SBR and try and track down the compressor wheel that this sooo experienced turbo rebuilder of yours did not send?

I thought you told me on the phone you were only the IT guy there, that you only designed their web sight and that you didn't know anything about turbos. It was obvious to me that you don't because every time I asked you a question you had to call me back after you talked with someone.

I'm done with this I have a business to run. I bend over backwards for my customers. This post should be obvious enough to prove this.

First off I have nothing to gain in any of this. This was for a customer of mine, that unlike SBR, I try my best to please.

Like the poster above said. "The customer is always right." Something apparently SBR needs to remember.

Like I said before I'm done. My customer has said to let it go. I will not be buying anything from this shop again.

Like Jon said, he will not be buying anything from you guys again and hopefully no one else will either. Does anyone know the difference between a reason and an excuse because I don't. SBR wants to play samantics (sp?) about why they did nothing wrong. Regardless, I won't be doing business with them, they just tripled their output so it shouldn't matter LOL......

This just swayed me away too. I know of other vendors who WILL bend over backwards and even take a hit for their customers.

Since you guys have soo many customers and make sOOO many sales, you guys could have just taken this tiny hit and solved a whole mess without even making a dent in your obviously giant income.

Default SlowBoy Racing is SLOW

Well this past week I finally received my slowboy racing uppipe for a 38mm tial. I had ordered it almost 6 weeks prior. About 3 weeks month after ordering and having nothing I called the shipping department, 4 times to get a answer b/c they dont return messages, anyways they said their welder had family problems and was out for a few days and my uppipe was halfway done and would ship out within a couple days. Well two weeks later I tired calling again, this time I tried 20 times in two days with no answer and no returned messages. I called the sales department and they wouldnt tell me anything. I finally had to email the general manager directly to get things moving. I thank him however for finally getting my order done. He said during the process of catching up from the welder being out they had some how over looked my order. Well about a week later I finally got it.

The quality looked great and the uppipe fit very well (Its an invidia up pipe that they cut and weld a flange on it) The waste gate did not clear the Turbo XS DP as I had been told twice before ordering that it would, so I had to dent in the DP, very slightly, but still had to dent it to get it to fit. The dump tube for the DP was the worst fitting "bolt on" part I have ever seen. It wouldnt even come close to matching up with the waste gate. About 1/2" off due to the dump tube hitting the right front inner CV boot. I had to have a local shop make me a new dump tube so that it would clear the CV boot.

Anyways. The up pipe would work with anyother DP just not the 4" turbo xs. I am happy with the set up now that it is complete but it was a night mare getting it this far.

Should just bought one from Ultimate Racing. The only good product, I hear, is their 8cm 20G turbo. I have a GT-12 and it's pathetic.

I'm happy with it now that I got it and got a dump tube working correctly, but it took way too long.

Thumbs down Slow Boys at SBR.....

Hi Mates,

I post this here, because I didn't find a better forum...

So.
My friend ordered some parts from the SlowBoy Racing at 24.th Janury.
She send me an email today, that the SBR. informed her that they don't have one of the ordered parts. This not a big problem, but as you can see from the order one complete month passed!!!! So they are ****ing slow! (as their name show.. )

Sooo ... I need a good shop with very good customer service. And which can support the following things:

GP Moto intake elbow - not a mistake if not exist (saw that it's small)
Perrin MBC
Perrin Crank Pulley

Will think about if I need the MBC..., but what I need now is a good shop, because my friend will fly to Hungary in a week, and I don't want to pay plus posting because the Slow Boys....

Please help me...

(shops in Californa are even better, but if not not a trouble..)

Thanks.
