Hey Jim,

Just wanted to leave a little feeback to all the guys on the forums. I have placed an order on SoJDM.com for the Braille Battery/Autospeed Deadpedal combo, Fumoto Drain Plug, and a Filtermag last Sunday. The order came in Tuesday afternoon. Man, such a fast order landing at my doorstep when it was only shipped out just the day before. The package was well maintained and well packed. As for the customer service, Jim did a gread job answering all my questions and assuring that I will be satisfied with my order. So far, I gotta say I am very pleased and am looking forward to installing them during the Thanksgiving Weekend. Thank you again SoJDM.com.

I too must say I am pleased with your service. I ordered the dead pedal from your site and it was here in a matter of a day or two tops. It was packed really well and the quality was what I expected. Thank you!

same here ordered an item from these guys on sat and it was here today at 2pm but i wasn't ...wish they had some more items i could indulge in though but lightning fast shipping either way

I just called late this afternoon to order a STI Spec C 12L Intercooler Tank- which he says he has several in stock.
My cell phone was breaking up, and I couldn't really hear him when he read the (different) mailing address back to me so I assumed he had it correct.
Later today, he called and said that he verified the address, and it was different than what he had verified with me over the phone (it was missing a zero at the end of the business address). He was just calling to make sure that it was the address he found before it got shipped out the same day!
I just wanted to thank Jim for great customer service and going beyond what a lot of vendors would be willing to do!

Big thumbs up to Jim and crew at SoJDM... I ordered the Braille Battery and Hazard Switch on special, got the switch two days later. The Braille still hasn't showed, due to poor USPS service in rural Colorado. Just got an email from Jim telling me to call him if I don't see it by Wednesday. I didn't even tell him I didn't get it yet; he must have checked the tracking number from his end. Thanks for the amazing customer support, more shops should be operated this way (this coming from someone who used to work at a speed shop).
