This is my second order I placed with SO JDM, I ordered the STi Door Sill Set on Sunday and received them today, Wednesday. LA to NY in less than three days! In Stock, Free shipping, Packaged Properly, and Email Conformations. They set the standard for all other vendors. Awesome job guys, keep up the great service!

Any plans on getting some JDM STi Center Caps for stock BBS wheels ?

I ordered a set of the SS Goodridge brake lines from SoJDM.com. I ordered on monday and recieved the lines by wednesday. Unfortunatly when I went to go install them on sunday I found out that the lines had been packaged wrong and they wouldn't work on the STi. I sent a PM sunday night with pictures and explaining the problem. I had an answer that same night and recieved a call the next morning. SoJDM shipped out the right lines, had them to me in two days and included a box for me to ship the other lines back to them. I was very, very impressed with the speed that this problem was fixed and will do buisness with SoJDM in the future.

Just wanted to thank you for your prompt shipping, great products and your top notch customer support. Also, thank you for have everything in stock. I have no hesitation about buying from you in the future. My V-limited came inside of 3 days! In regards to the packaging, they went the extra mile to make sure it was packaged properly. Subaru OEM packaging is not the greatest and I wanted to thank you for that also. Order an Autospeed Dead Pedal late Monday evening (shipped standard USPS) and received on Friday. It was well packaged and bubble wrapped and was shipped from CA to PA.

I was kept in the loop every step of the way via email and the dead pedal is great! Thanks SoJDM!

ordered fumoto oil drain valve, they said it was on back order and supposed to be in stock on the 7th, I recieved it on the 9th. Excellent service

I ordered a Braille battery and received the battery BEFORE I received the email saying that my package had shipped. Now that is fast service. haha.

Ordered the Autospeed dead pedal as well as the Airbag Light Fix (3.3 ohm resistor) on Tuesday and received them yesterday. Very good service, and will for sure do business again.

Customer Service totally sucks nads. I emailed them bout three weeks ago, never received a reply. At least I received a response when they first opened.. but they have lost a customer due to their non-existent customer service.
