Have you guys had any dealings with http://www.vividracing.com/catalog/? 4.5 months ago I ordered a C-West PCC carbon fiber trunk lid from them and I had to call and cancel it last week because it STILL was not in. In lieu of the C-West I had them change my order to a Seibon trunk lid and Seibon hood. I was assured those would be here this week (11/14-11/18), which of course they are not. It's 6:22PM EST Friday and no-one in Arizona is answering the phone. Are these people scammers or what?

Yes they are top notch scammers. Don't ever deal with them. Some threads around here and Nasioc talk about how bad they treat customers and what not ...

I would never deal with them based on the bad reviews on multiple boards!

Please, everyone stay away from this company. I am going to have to dispute these charges. They charged over $1500 on my card over four months ago and I have no products to show for it.

That sucks dude, yet another reason not to deal with Vivid...this has been going on for a few years now from my experience...stick with the vendors on this board and you'll be more than satisfied.

hmm, why does that not surprise me? too bad the very first thing i bought for my car was a OEM stereo that was removed from their project WRX. i bought it on eBay for $130, (if i remember correctly), and they listed it as being as close to new as possible and working 100% perfectly.

after installing it, i realized that the CD player/changer didn't work - the main reason for me buying it was to have an in-dash 6 disc CD player - finally, i took the thing apart, only to find out that it was NOT working perfectly, and in fact, one of their CDs were still in the changer!

stupid mother****ers!

**** YOU VIVID!!

I've loved their service in the last year but lately they've gotten a little flaky. with the last three orders i've placed with them, i had to constantly check up on them to see if my order was shipped. whenever i called to check the status of my order they would constantly pass the phone around and put me on with someone different every time! they told me that my order was shipped, then after two weeks and numerous phone calls I was told that the parts were on backorder..WTF!!! anybody else had this problem?
