NEVER deal with Vivid racing! These a$$holes are about 1500ft from my house and seemed to have a kick a$$ site (slow as hell which I thought was an indication of traffic). So after ordering 1500 bucks worth of stuff after letting them know I was looking to spend another 5000 over the next few months my nightmare began. The greedy fans I ordered come in the form of PWR which I was told would be plug and play, but instead they have the wrong clips, AMPs, speeds, had to build a custom mount(they used zipties), ETC. So, far from it and after blowing inline fuses and several other issues, spending hours with PWR($$$ phone calls to Australia), I call and demanded they either install them and risk blowing my harness (which PWR warned me against due to some conflicts with the STi) or refund my money. I'm told "sure bring it in and we'll take care of it". I get there, drop off the car, come back and the they want $325 for labor (@ 75 an hour+ parts). Which I had to ***** and beg to get down to 175 so I could drive out. The fog lights I ordered nvr came and I had to wait 60 days disputing with them and AMEX for that money to come back. The hoses I ordered where the wrong brand and had to be reshipped. I could go on for another page of profanity and grief but I'll sum up my 3 months with Vivid by saying...

NEVER NEVER GIVE THESE RAT BASTARDS ONE DOLLAR

personal experiance ive actually went to the shop and the offices are real nice but there shop and stock room is very sloppy and looks like crap and they are way over priced, was told $85 for a fuel pump when i got there they wanted $112 bunch of bs, another time i ordered a Helix DP and the transactions went through i was waiting a week until i got an email saying that they were back ordered and they said that they could not refund my money and that all they had was a Perrin DP that was $425 so now i had to pay 200+ dollars more just to get what i wanted and that was the end of it, never again will i consider buying from those **********s, also the guys that work there are idiots

I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND BUYING FROM VIVID RACING!!!!

If you look on the Porsche forums, for some reason nobody there knows they are idiots and people continue to buy from them.

Im glad for this thead, i was a couple of days away from ordering a tbe from them and now they are as good as dead in my book. I went to a couple of local shops and they were more than happy to match their price. I was surpried because $995 for an agency power tbe is really compaired to others but i can get it matched locally done deal.

I havent even bought anything from them and never will, now sorry for the hijack but how is agency power connected? I think it sounds awsome and different.

I've never dealt with them, but over on 6speedonline (Porsche & Exotic car forum), Vivid actually has very good business and good reviews on the exotic car work

I guess they're just bad with Subaru's?

If everyone here contacted the BBB I'm sure they would be in hot water... you guys need to wise up and instead of ranting on a forum do it where it counts like Adam (BM_STI) did with AR Fab.
