i thought the consensus is that vivid sucks? they screwed me over in an eBay auction - i was supposed to get a "barely used" WRX factory radio that "worked perfectly" but when i got it the CD player didn't work, and it still had one of their CDs stuck in it.

they get from me and i think they are shady.

Try MVPMotorsports.com, I believe they are the supplier for some parts.... vividracing.com is just the middle man. Of course I am sure there are some things that they do not supply to them. Give David or Dusty a call, they do great things.

this is nothing new for sure. I have been a suby owner for over a year now and I remember one of the first things I read here and on nabisco was how bad vivid was. Sorry to those that didnt hear the same....

I guess all vendors have their good and bad days but its the ones that are consistently bad we all should stay away from. I deal a ton with JSC speed. They are super. I ordered a PWR radiator and it took 27 days for me to get it from them. Many man y phone calls to get a tracking number and never did. Called PWR directly and they said they had tons in stock, so it wasnt an availability issue. Think it was also a middleman issue. None of that is good for business....

I've ordered some coilovers from them before. There service was a little slow and they mismatched the tophats, but otherwise ok.

I've purchased through vivid twice and both times they were excellent with helping me out (thank god). I go through the same guy their, but he doesn't do retail sales only wholesale. I've gotten excellent prices through them, but recently they haven't had anything in stock. Shipping was the best part, got to me w/in 2 days and both orders were complete.

MVP is great and they have excellent customer service. I have used them a lot when I used to have Supra and spent $5k+ on parts from them. Great customer service and the pricing was great. The owner, Dusty, is a good guy and listens to customers

YA Vivid really sucks, i was going to use them for my project STi and they were jstu terrible terrible customer service and not working with me at all not willing to help or what-not, then i read ALL the bad reviews, i mean they have like a 5% satisfaction rate from their customers. So I found a great local shop who had matched prices with the internet plus in house plus 4wd dyno plus in house tuner so I went there and spent all my money. Vivid is a def

Vivid Racing FTL! I was recently in the market to purchase an exhaust and I contacted Vivid to see what they could do for me. I specifically told (not mentioning any names except his initals are EVAN) the sales rep to call me back when he spoke with his manager about the best pricing he could do. I reiterated many times that he needed to call me back soon or I would take my business elsewhere. I guess somehow he thought I was joking and decided to call back the day after. At that point I ordered from WorldONE, received my tracking number and was patiently awaiting my new exhaust system. I will never contact Vivid Racing for any of my future performance needs.

Not that I want to defend Vivid, but you are seriously pissed that they didn't make your request for a cold discount a priority?
