yeah, search for vivid on any wrx/sti board. they suck.

I recently ordered something from Vivid and was stunned after i researched what people thought of them (after i ordered). I had issue with one salesperson who lied to me twice, and never got back to me with a shipping #. I fortunately got in contact with Jon Guerra. He was great and worked rather quickly in getting the info i needed. My order was shipped right away and arrive on time via UPS.

(But for the most part, JSCSPEED are my go-to-guys because they are closer to me.)

Why even bother with Vivid at all? They are more expensive and have some of the worst customer service in the Subaru community. I'd rather spend my money with a company or vendor that is developing parts or is really giving back to our community.

Well...in my case, I learned about VIVID's reputation after the fact. And fortunately they came through. I hate bad business too, but on the same token, i will acknowledge a good apple in a not-so-good company. So that's why i recommended Jon.

(You never know when you might need a part ASAP.)

Default Vivid strikes again


I ordered K&W coilovers from vivid through a friend. I didn't know about them at the time. I have the coilovers but they had K&W ship the 03's not the 06's . Now I can't get a live person over there and they don't respond to my messages. I've tried emailing and will call Jonathan Guerra next to see if that helps. If nothing happeneds I'm out 2K. Maybe I can sell the coilovers I have and offset the damage to my bank account. Oh well I have a HPDE in june and not the finishing touches on my suspension upgrades.

Contact this guy. I had luck with him and he was very polite. Shipped my stuff ASAP.

Wow..................................... I was INCHES away from ordering a complete suspension solution from Vividracing and only by CHANCE did I stumble across this thread.......................... I decided to give my money to a local merchant rather than what appears to be a pathetic operation who is known for screwing their customers.

As for Vividracing's response to the creation of vividracingsucks.com.... guys that website LOST you a sale from me... trust me, that ISN'T good publicity. Thanks vividracingsucks.com
