I'm here to say how great the guys at TiC are. I want to give them the best review possible. So far I've bought my sways, endlinks and Ohlins struts from them as well as the fender braces in the group buy. I'm sorry to say that some a**hole stole the fender braces off my front steps.

Now for the really great part...

TiC had new parts out to my work address within a few hours of finding out about the theft. These guys are some of the best out there. The review poll needs a box I can check for well beyond acceptable.

Ordered the Super shifter set for my 06 STi. This is a great company with excellent products!!! They helped me get the right parts and after I screwed up (ordered wrong part) they quickly helped me out by shipping what I needed in just a few days. Major Props to TIC. And the bonus toys are hill air ee us. Felt like I was opening a crackerjack box with a prize. My little boy lit up when I handed him the parachuters and my wife forgave me for ordering more car parts.

you guys are awesome - not only did I get the parts I ordered WAY faster than I was expecting, but I got the parts my dad ordered me for my birthday, with a hand-written happy birthday note from TIC, a crapload of army men, and toy airplanes!

It's a pleasure to deal with people who know their craft, treat customers well, and have fun doing it.

cant wait to order more toys from yall!

Add another positive experience and a happy TiC customer to the list. I ordered a little airplane, and they tossed in the Holy Shift Bushings Kit. What a great company!

to TiC. I ordered the holy shift set on Friday and it was on my door step yesterday. I was really surprised yesterday when I saw that package at my door step and it turned my crappy Monday into a great day.

Again thanks TiC for the great customer service and VERY VERY fast shipping. Oh yeah and thanks for the old school glider!!

I am really happy with my purchases from TiC: They had everything I wanted, the website was really easy to browse, I was contacted immediately after my purchase letting me know it went through, then it shipped out the next day and in 3 days I had all my parts! I wish every vendor was like this and I'll definitely do business with them again.

Just received my Whiteline spherical end links quick and a great price plus I got two little army men, an infantryman and a paratrooper haha!!! Great service!!

Turn In Concept's is amazing. I ordered Friday at like 2 in the morning. I got a call that on monday evening that my package was at my house. I mean I live in southern california, I was so impressed. Plus, I got an email that my order was shipped within 10 hours of my buying online haha. I also feel that Turn In Concept's customer service is top notch. If you have any questions, no matter how stupid, as I tend to have many stupid small questions, they will answer them. I wish more businesses followed in their path!

Another two enthusiastic thumbs up for TiC

I had an unusual problem with the Remflex gaskets and they promptly refunded my money, no questions asked. They also were very quick with shipping my x-pipe, which I'll be installing tonight along with ported manifold ends. Being in this business, I know how important customer service is and these guys have got it. Keep it up!

just bought endlinks from them and i have to say its the best service ive ever seen in my entire life. This is why i continue to purchase from them again and again. Total time between pushing submit and having my order shipped? 5 min. INCREDIBLE!
