Default RaceComp Engineering

A couple weeks ago while looking for new pads I cam across a few threads saying how good Pagid blue and Myles Williams (vendor) were. Well everything that was said is true.

First, the pads are much better than stock. At the track, the oem pads started fading after only a couple of hot laps. Bite as everyone knows was lacking. Now with the pagid blue, I can brake DEEP into corners and I never fade the pads. Bite is improved and overall performance is much better than stock. They seem to do pretty well on the street as well even when cold.

Second, service from Racecompengineering is first class! I got the pads much sooner than expected. So quick in fact I didn't know why the UPS guy was there for... But what's really amazing, is after a small mistake at shipping, Myles step up and overdelivered!!!

I can recommend to you all to thrust both Racecompengineering for first class service and awesome products!

No affiliation, just a VERY happy and satisfied customer!

Myles hooked me up with a new set of Pagid Blues and had them sent to my hotel while I was at the Glen; no problemo. Thanks Myles!

Thumbs up Big thanks to Myles (racecomp)

Yesterday, I did a HPDE at Barber Motorsports Park in Birmingham, AL. I switched from Endless pads that I had used at Sebring at the end of June to Pagid Blues. I must say that I was very impressed with the Pagid pads, I had no instances of pad fade whatsoever. I can certainly recomend these pads for anyone who tracks their STI. I wanted to post video of my day, but unfortunately I had issues with my camera mount not working, so the only footage I have is of my rear window, very frustrating.

I've never stumbled into this forum before, but I'm proud to say I've ordered dozens of parts from Myles. He's always coming to the rescue with my questions, and is spot on. Great place to do business with.

WOW,.I am literally beside myself right now !!! I never saw this thread ,..
( as my wife would say.."Like ,.OMG..")

Thanks alot guys for the kind words. I am kinda embarrased also , because some of these go back 6 months and I had no clue.

THANKS ALOT, we try to help people make the right decisions on parts that really make a difference, and we all know brakes are # 1.

I try to stay on top of the forums and spend alot of time on here, but again I never saw this.

I hope we can always make people happy and keep them having safe fun at the track. If any you need help, I am always available. 7 days, and if not me one of my assistants is full of knowledge and resources.

Thumbs up Hoorah for Myles and Kelly at Racecomp!

It needs to be said that Myles and Kelly (his assistant) at RaceComp run a first class establishment. I have never, ever been steered in the wrong direction by Myles. I have simply told him specifically what I use my car for and a general idea of what I'm interested in and he has been able to guide me dead-on every time. I just recently upgraded my worn out Carbotech Bobcats and stock rotors to his Pagid pads, Brembo slotted rotors, SS lines, and new fluid. What a world of difference!! The stopping power and feel is quite an impressive improvement over what I had. Thanks to Racecomp, I have just received my new KW Variant 3's, steering rack bushings, and Cobb rear endlinks also. I can not wait to install them, but I already know that they will be exactly what I need out of them. There's all the previous suspension pieces I've collected from him along the way too. He even made it easy for my wife to order my camber plates and pink "i" badge for Christmas. I also agree with those that said that Myles' advice and tech support were there when they needed it. I know I can pick up the phone and call him nearly any time and get him on the phone right then. You can go straight to the man with a press of a button! You bet I keep his number in my cell phone. Myles has the racing/track instructor background to be able to provide you with as much technical information as you could want to solidify your decision on your car's setup. Kelly is fantastic as well. She is very good about answering the little emails about shipping, payment, etc. Myles definitely has an asset in her.

I have been meaning to publicly declare my enthusiasm for Racecomp Engineering for a long time, but never have taken the time. (Aside from the racecomp decals on the side windows of my STi and local word of mouth.) They have continued to bend over backwards for me all along. My point is, they will do this for anyone like myself simply as a client relationship, not because they might be getting some sort of public reviews or accolades for it.

Congratulations on a great business, Myles and Kelly. Thank you for providing us STi addicts a place to happily spend all our dough!

I also have been pleased with the level of communication that I get from them. Little wierd issues here and there, but overall, I'm pleased. The more cool stuff the have, the more I'll spend with them.

From the reviews this vendor sounds great, but so far my experience has been less then average. I placed an order for the group N motor mounts two weeks ago and was told that it should be five days for delivery. I never received an invoice or any status updates to my order. I understand that something might not be in stock but at least send me an email to let me know. I have called several times to find out the status and this usually leads to me being told I will receive an email or a call back by the end of the day. I have only been called back once and it was to say the order was shipping Friday and a tracking number would be sent. I still have no idea what is going on with the order. That is pretty much it, lack of communication.
