^^yea see, I hear something like this and wonder why after almost a month of making my purchase, only some of the items came, and very late to top it off.

No follow up emails, and very late responses...

Anyone know where Robert is??? I emailed him twice about an issue with my order, it's been like 3 weeks and no response. He's usually very prompt.

i e-mailed him yesterday and he replied back to me now.

it was about my alc injection, he says SMC is a little behind right now..
at least he replied to me unlike some other vendors.

Still the same issues with me... I finally got all the stuff I ordered a week or so ago. Everytime he emails me back he writes the same thing, "I'll get you the tracking number right away" a week later he never replies. I hope he straightens his act up...

Doesnt sound like Robert to me

I just talked business with him about getting me to stage 2. He not only price-matched, but dropped the price 10 dollars further, and is giving free shipping on everything. Again, another great experience from Robert. Keep it up bro!

Anybody heard from Robert lately? I have been trying to get a refund on an SMC Alky kit since last week (on order since March 4th). I am not getting replies on emails or anything. All I want is my freakin money back.

I talked to him yesterday, hes been really busy with everything, especially the big move to the new facility

It's funny how people who are buying or inquiring about purchasing something get good customer service, but when you want a refund on something which has been backordered for more than a month, you get blown off.

I got a tracking number shortly after my last post in this thread, and yesterday UPS delivered (most of) the SMC Alky kit. SMC did not ship the new coolant tank, but there was a note in the box saying that it would ship after two days.

I had already ordered a Snow Performance alky kit, so now I need to decide which one to keep. This entire transation was ****ed.

i ordered a static x ground kit on april 6th and havent received any emails about my order, the order was charged but no replies to my emails. whats up with that?!?

Damn you guys must be crazy?????? I ordered a turboxs turboback exhaust which he not only price matched the cheapest price i could find, but reduced it by 10 dollars after that. I also order the AP. He gave me free shipping on everything, i expected to be paying shipping for the tbe which made me sad

but Robert came through!

Robert is yet again the man in my book, and thats why I continue to order from him!

it's a hot-cold thing with robert. i've seen his whole show grow from infancy. for the majority of his customers he is very prompt and checked out-hot. but for a few he is kinda like a vivid racing-cold.
for the few that are getting dogged, be patient. he will make things right. it will take some time.
i was one of the few. i haven't had any future dealings with him.

I ordered a DP from him, yes its been taking awhile for it to come to me, since I requested a Wideband Bung welded on, wrapped and sprayed......hopefully it will be at my house soon, and Robert can make things right for me! I know he is moving, and is busy with other things, but Stg2 is itching at me......its hard..but you just have to have some patience..and hopefully it will work out with me!
