My only experience with staticx (purchased a thermotec turbo wrap kit) was positive - I got a tracking number within hours of placing the order.

They have good prices listed on the site but I refuse to order without talking to someone first.

I can not say enough good things about Robert and StaticX. He has always gone out of his way to help me out. He has been having problems with their website so that may be why he is a little slow to respond lately. No it is not one of those shops out of the garage type deals. I beleive they just moved into a very large warehouse actually.

Have you noticed who sponsors the forum you're posting in?? Yes, Robert is good to deal with. Nothing to worry about, I've made 2 purchases from him and am tempted by a 20g + SMC..

robert at staticx is the absolute greatest. He is only person i order my mods from. Excellent in all aspects of business. Never had a problem. Keep up the great work Robert.

keep in mind robert is also a student, so he has to juggle between schooling and the business, which I am sure is not an easy task to do.

robert stays online till 4am (eastern time) some days to answer all my stupid questions that i have. i have ordered numerous things from him and recommend him to many of my friends. great guy, great business!

AMEN TO THAT!!! I cant count how many nights I was online talking to Robert till 3AM or later. Whether its me asking advice, hanving just straight up dumb questions, or being paranoid about my car or something I ordered he is always willing to help and has never uttered a complaint. I cant say enough for him, and I will never go anywhere else for parts.

I just placed my turbo upgrade order from him yesterday. I drilled him with questions for two weeks day and night. He always answered them and was very pompt in doing so. I'll know by the end of the week how quickly he get your stuff out. He offers great pricing. He's just a cool guy to deal with. There has been several days and nights that I was bored and just sat around IM'ing about nothing. I will definitely be a repeat customer when the time comes. Keep up the good work Robert! And hurry up and get me my turbo and goodies already!
