I have requested a thread lock from the mods on this. For those who have opinions to share about Robert and StaticX, please start your own thread. I tried to maintain a fact-based discusssion throughout this thread and Robert and I have reached resolution. This thread was not an excuse to start a bash session.

Ordered from Robert two weeks ago, quick shipping, easy to contact....transaction went very well. WILL DEFINATELY BUY FROM THEM AGAIN! also, he has been more than willing to talk to me numerous times via email, aim, and pm to answer any of my noob questions that i've had....super guy!

Just installed my NRG hood struts I purchase from Robert. Great guy, smooth transaction, and easy to get a hold of. He is a very prompt individual that is running a great business. I'll definately be purchasing products from him again in the future.

I just ordered some one step colder plugs from Robert. Lots of PM's to ensure you get exactly what you want.

He shipped the same day I ordered, his price was below EVERYONES, and didn't charge me $18 to ship either.

This is the second time doing business with StaticX. I think it's great that an STi enthusiast went ahead and opened his own business in aftermarket car parts. Thanks again Robert,

cant wait to get it n install that bad boy. oh yeah by the way Robert is the man, if u need to talk to any1 about parts or any questions, hes the man to go to.

Robert is definitely something special.

buying from him is quick, easy, and painless! he helped me to choose different items for my car, find some that i was not aware of, and went above and beyond the norm to ship products out almost immediately, (within the hour for some items)!

(he also was still sending me PMs around 2 AM letting me know that part of my shipment went out - that's pride and dedication!)

i commend his answering my PMs extremely quickly - considering he is running a quick growing company, in the middle of a big move, and doing his school work! when communicating with him, it's almost as if he was waiting by his computer for your PM just so he can tend to your concerns. simply amazing.

Robert is a good guy in my book. My father went to him on my advice to look for suspension parts that I asked for for Christmas. Robert took the time to explain to my dad (who didn't know much about the stuff I wanted) exactly what things were and what they did so that my dad could make an educated purchase. This dedication to his even potential customers as well as his timely replies to pm's and other communications gives him high marks from me and my father (who I might remind you is not a car guy). I highly recomend him to anyone and will personally purchase from him in the future.

Robert is a nice guy. He's knowledgable, answers all my questions, and hasn't done me wrong in any way, through several orders. I especially appreciate him keeping me posted about whats going on with my order.

First, I started with his grounding kit. Well put together, I must say. It's been on there about 18 months now and I've never had any issues.

Second, a K&N Typhoon intake. There were some issues with Vivid racing sending this one out, but Robert kept me informed and offered a refund right away. I was patient and got the intake in reasonable time...no complaints here on his handling of something out of his control. He also gave me a little money credit towards another puchase.

Third, a HKS catback exhaust. Here he helped me with tons of answers to help me decide on the right one. I'm stoked with it! Sounds awesome IMHO.

Fourth, and most recently, a set of Perrin rear endlinks. I was desperate here as mine were both broken. He got them to me right away through Fedex, problem free.

I'd recommend him to anyone.

Just thought i would do a little update on robert. Ordered a APS cai intake for christmas.. Got it in a little under a week. Excellent service. Robert is the best.

EDIT: By the way im ordering APS 3 inch tbe, + AP from robert in about a month or less, and the prices he gives me are the best !

Just ordered the aps 3" tbe w/cat and cobb ap from Robert. I emailed him some questions on Saturday and to my surprise I got a response the same night. That's what you call customer service. Can't wait to get my new toys. Soares, hope you get your aps tbe and ap soon. Robert says both of them are in stock.

I just ordered an FP Red, turbo wrap, new injectors, fuel pump, 1 step colder plugs, ACT clutch, TGV deletes, and some other little stuff. As always he was AMAZING to work with. I wrote up about it in my thread in members journals. But definatly +1 for Robert!!!

How are these guys? They don't publish a phone number or contact besides an email address. And they are very slow to respond. Is this one of those shops out of the garage type deals?

They have good prices listed on the site but I refuse to order without talking to someone first.

i have to say robert is a little slow...
great guy, but yes indeed slow but eventually gets the job done.
