i had over-nite shipping from them cost $45 and i didn't get my order for about a week. still got charged the $45 though. they were hard to get ahold of on the phone. didn't send the order through the shipping service they said they would. didn't give me a tracking number like they said they would.

What fascinates me is all the supporters that can't fathom that he's screwing up. They seem to think we're the ones with a problem (too impatient, not understading his business issues, etc). Look at all the responses. Do you think these are "isolated incidents"? Over 1/3 of the people polled here say it's not acceptable. I have to agree. He's impossible to get in touch with and when you finally do it's excuse after excuse after excuse. I'm having trouble again with discoloration on the insulation on my grounding kit, but you know what: heck with it. I'm not going to put myself through the heartache of waiting and trying to deal with someone who does not appear to care (at least 35% of us feel that way regardless).

He is def hard to get in touch with. He does respond to e-mails within a couple of days...but there are many excuses after excuses. It took almost 2 months, maybe more (can't remember exactly) to get my DP, wrapped, sprayed, with a bung on it for AFR......it finally came in...but was def not worth the headache ever.

Imo, I feel robert handles "bigger orders" in a more timely fashion than the smaller (low price) orders.First i bought an aps cai, and it took about 3 weeks to get. Then this past spring I bought a TXS tbe and cobb ap from him and it arrived in less than a business week. On the other hand though, I had some issues with getting my nrg hood dampers from him which took a good month and a half to get sorted out.

Overall, no major issues, and I'm pleased with my products, and would definitely purchase from him again in the future.

Default What is Majin's relationship to Robert and Static X

Your covering for Static X is a really shady thing to do and discredits this site. Robert clearly does not know how to properly run a business and has been taking money from a lot of people and causing a lot of aggravation. He should be held accountable...

I have had MANY dealing with Staticx. I have purchaced everything from my turbo, to fmic, hydra, shortblock, and every other part Ive ever bought for my car from Staticx. Just recently Robert has hired more help there since he is always very busy and hard to get in touch with. Over the last couple months I have talked to them on a daily basis discussing my project and what I need to get and when to get it with them. If they havnt answered I havnt been able to get ahold of someone just a little later in the day when I called back. They are in the process of completly redesigning their website and after that it should have much more detailed info on parts and whats in stock and availability and so forth. I cant stress how great they have been to me and how well they have treated me and taken care of all of my needs. I know many of you have had bad experiences with them and Im just here to say that for me at least they have always treated me very well.
