I agree completely. We should have a better staff (read fuller) in which we can take care of everyone in a timely fashion. I am again sorry for the problems with the pulleys and we are doing everything in our power to take care of this issue and delayed orders. Thank you again everyone for your support and kindness.

Its definitely coming along It'll be much better once we can get some extra hands, but it is definitely a blessing. We have some pretty huge things coming up soon, so keep your eyes posted!

Wow after reading all this i deffinately would not have purchased any items from static X! But i didnt and learned from experience!!!

These crooked guys still have my money! i purchased a turbo wrap KIT that leaves you with the impression that it is all together not that you have to build a turbo wrap for your turbo! i received it and was not satisfied with it!! I talked to ROBERT about returning it. i sent my email on 9/19/2006 got a reply on 9/21/2006! he said they would refund it if i sent it back to them! i sent it to them sent a tracking number and they have not replied since!!! all i want now is my Damn money back plus shipping since i paid it twice and got dicked around by the owner!! But no contact at all from them have been made!!! If your going to SCREW YOUR CUSTOMERS AT LEAST DROP THE CHRISTIAN CORPORATION CRAP so people dont believe you all are good guys!! and if you read this and give a crap it is order 497!!!

But to anyone looking at doing business with these guys you have better chances with the established companies!!

yeah, i wish i would have read this thread before i bought from them. they charged me $45 dollars for over night shipping, and it took a week for me to get my item i purchased from them. and to top it all off the item was damaged. I didn't want to have to deal with staticx again so i went through the manufacturer of the item "K&N" and they overnighted the new part to replace the damaged one and did it under warranty. thumbs up for "K&N" thumbs down for staticx!!!!

i never had any problem with Robert or his company - i call them, let them know what i need/want, and they ship right after i send payment.

they always treated me right, and i don't believe they do that just for me.

call them up.

Unfortunatly I did not see this thread before I bought from Static X.

I tried to buy a Static X motorsports crank pully for my STi, this was back on 10/10/2006. I was charged immideatly. After two weeks I was getting annoyed and called them up and asked what is going on. It turns out they didn't have any more pullys and were trying to get some made. I asked when the new batch would be done and they said another two weeks, and I also mentioned how it would be useful of them to keep their customers updated as well as list items on their website as out of stock.

Well another three weeks pass and I have not heard a thing. I call back up and same story; another two weeks. I say ok, but only because I believe this is a superior product. I wait another three weeks and call back, and by now it is the beginning of december. They arn't going to be saying when the pullys will be made because they can't work out a deal with someone to make them. Up to this point I have received phone call or email update from them at all. I finally just say give me a refund and I'll buy one if you ever get them made.

Fast foward a month:

Well, with holidays I have been really busy and forgot about this. The other day I remembered and decided to check my bank records for a refund, and low-and-behold I have not been refunded. I tried to call today (granted just once), and no one picked up. At this point I'm pissed and this is insane.

I have to recommend, based on my experiences, to not ever buy from them unless they have it in stock AND you can pick it up from them.
