I sent another email yesterday and haven't received a response yet, so if I don't have my response by the time I get home from work today I am going to try to cancel my order. I am not looking forward to that one. May have to submit a report to the BBB.

I had an issue with an order where I never received my turbo wrap. After I sent multiple emails, he said he would ship it out right away, nothing happend. So after a couple months of this I emailed him to ask for a refund...he did a couple days later, he also said he would send me the turbo wrap free of charge...but I never got it...still waiting, it's been weeks so i've pretty figured i'm not going to get it.

I hate waiting for parts, and not knowing if my parts will even arrive is worse.

Well i guess im not the only one who has had a major problem with this company. I have always heard good things about them. I decided to order from them mid april, spark plugs and a heat shield. How hard could it be. Well i still dont have parts, no one wants to email or pm me back. This is bs. i sent an email today to robert. I want a refund and hopefully i get it soon. I gave them a second chance to ship the items in the 2nd week. well here we are another2-3 weeks. Where is my stuff. I would not recommend staticx.

Yea, where the **** is he? In the past I've had many transactions with him that went smoothly. I'm still waiting for a part, and I've sent him atleast 3 emails and I haven't gotten a response back.

Overall I was not too happy with the transaction. Robert did give me a great deal up front, but after the initial transaction took place he was very very difficult to get in touch with (the only way I could get to him was through AIM, but this is supposedly due to their transition to a new shop and website issues). I THINK he said he double shipped my item, but I have only seen one package arrive. I am happy everything I ordered showed up, but the whole transaction was a little more frustrating and time consuming than I would have hoped for.

Well this blows. I've ordered their turbo wrap on 07/01/2006 and as today I've still have not received anything. They sure didn't hesistate to charge my card. I got the automatic confirmation that email that my payment has been processed and item has been shipped. I've emailed 3 times, called and left a message, and checked AIM which they were on once but were unavailiable and no replies so far. I'm gonna give them one more week, if nothing then I'm disputing the charge with my credit card company. And I was gonna start my stage 2 and just needed the turbo wrap. I've been dealing with interent purchases for over 2 years with all kinds of vendors and have never had a problem like this. I had Ebay vendors give better customer service. Yeah I know its only been 2 weeks but at least give me a reply.

Well I received some promising news today. I've received an email from usps with a tracking number and that my item was shipped today.
