Default 10th Street JDM/JPM Coachworks

[I am in no way affiliated with this vendor, I am just a very satisfied customer and eager to spread the word of my positive experience.]

I'm writing this thread to tell you guys about a recent experience I had with a vendor here on the forum. Alex at 10th Street JDm along with his partner Joe showed me what real customer service is all about. I placed my order with 10th Street for a custom alcantara shift boot. I placed my order through the website and a few days later Alex called me asking me to ship my shift ring into him so he could fit my new boot. I did so, and a few days later, the shift ring arrived at my door. I was blown away by the quality of the piece, the stitches were spot on and the shift boot looked a 1,000 times better than the stock boot. I e-mailed Alex to say that the boot had arrived and that I was more than pleased. I happened to mention that the logo that I had stitched on the boot was not very visible due to my short shifter, much to my disappointment as I was very much in like with said logo. Alex sent me a an e-mail a few days later saying he was working on a new boot for me and that it should ship out to me within a few days (given he wasn't busy with other orders...). I wouldn't have asked for a replacement because the boot I got was so awesome. But Alex wasn't happy that I wasn't 100% satisfied with his product. Through a few more e-mails I learned a little bit about Alex and his company. They're still in the early stages and need all the positive feedback they can get to get their name out their to the masses. There are other companies that offer similar services to 10th Street's but my research has told me that, while they offer lower prices, these other manufacturers are using inferior materials to produce inferior products. When you do business with Alex, you may pay more, but with that higher price comes excellent customer service and vendor that will continue to work with you until you get what you wanted. I personally found their pricing to be true to the quality of their product and the customer service is just an added benefit for me. In short, if you're looking to upgrade your interior, be it shift boots, e-brake boots, arm-rest covers, pillars wrapped, etc, you're best bet is to do business with Alex and Joe. You'll be blown away by the quality and, in the event that the product isn't quite what you were looking for, you can be confident that they'll work with you. Quality business is built on the backs of guys who go the extra mile, and these guys certainly do. Feel free to contact me if you have any other questions/doubts about ordering from 10th Street JDM/JPM Coachworks.

There should be a pole for this thread. I for one will post a positive feedback. Alex may be busy over there, and take a little longer then expected, but after I got my seat inserts back from 10th Street, I was happy. Their work is 2nd to none. (you guys need to get your hands on more pajama pants blue material!)

^agreed- I visited w/ Alex several times before I decided to go ahead and get my shift/e-brake boots done- nice to be able to chat w/ a vendor about how you want something done.

I'm little picky w/ car (aren't we all?)- so Alex sent me samples of leather and several red stitchings so I could get a perfect match. I'm happy to report that the stitching and leather is a perfect match. I'm also happy to report that both boots came out perfectly. This is clearly a shop that wants to get things right, takes pride in their work and happen to be very damn good at what they do

Alex at 10th st has been great to work with. My GR is looking the way it was meant to and it will only get better when my new wheel arrives... Excellent experience overall.

Well the best way to repay Alex is to let everyone else on the forums know how good his quality work and cust. service is so they don't waste their money elsewhere...
