The guys at Blouch have excellent customer service! I called them a while ago about rebuilding my VF39 which I found out from them was not rebuildable. The tech took extra time to explain to me why and also gave me contact numbers for other IHI America dealers to prove his claim. I hope Blouch gets more business cuz of this thread!

Majin this really sucks to hear. Be it that my turbo upgrade is still a good year away at best, I've been trying to search for my best option for my needs and the fp20g was an option I was considering but thanks for sharing this even though it'd been better if things would have worked out for you. I'm on a limited budget and defiantly can't afford failures like this. Guess its back to the drawing boards for a new setup.

sorry to hear about all you problems jay.

Though im not putting the blame on FP, the blame is DEFINITLY NOT on you. Like many said above, they really forgot the first and most important rule of a good business...

The customer is right, better make him/her happy.

Me personally, i probably would have taken the refund on the green he origionally offered you and sat on the 20g, but i think its great that you stayed with what u believed and did not buckle.

Though I didnt sell my HTA3076 because of this thread (jsut wanted to try something new), I am kind of glad that i have now, as it guarentees one less possibe bad situation that i will have to deal with if anything goes wrong.

On another note, how is the dom 3r treating you. what numbers did you put down on the dyno w/ and w/o meth.

Havent seen ya driving around lately but i'm sure i'll run into ya soon.

Sucks to hear mang, although some people have to go through these things with many companys and you have done the right thing on documenting the problem. This only helps many others from staying away and putting there money to a company that stands behind there work with reliable turbos such as Bloush, Turbonetics, and Garrett. The only bad part it was a your expense, anyone that was purchasing a FP thank this man now!

Damn that blows.

Should I have my fpgreen checked out? My 06 only has 6k on it, and its pristine. I don't want the damn thing to fail and **** on my motor. I don't have the money to fix an oops like that. Maybe I should get a different turbo.

Forcedfed- Just from an outside point of view, your emails alone screwed you. Shady business

Damn, dude...sorry to hear. Although I wasn't going to buy an FP turbo for my upcoming build (GT30/35R), this definitely sucks and shows the company doesn't care about service. Like someone posted earlier, I don't pay just for the product, I pay for the company and customer service as well. Thanks for sharing a very well documented post and best of luck. Now I know why a couple of friends with GSX's have told me they won't buy FP products.
