to those that make statements like, send the vendor this thread, etc., you really need to think that through. if the dispute were to take a legal route all you would be doing is giving the otherside ammunition in which a good lawyer could point defamation/slander, and then the decision could be swinging the other way. just something to think about.
libel, actually. And the truth is an absolute defense against libel/slander.

defamation/libel/slander can not be asserted in the face of truth. These apply only when someone is pretty much outright lying about something/someone.

Glad you posted this, I was going to get a FP Green but not anymore. Screw FP, when I go for my new turbo I'm going Blouch Dominator.

Man you guys are a real 'sky is falling' crowd. Better not read any STI lemon threads or you might have to sell your Subies!

That sucks. I have watched an FP Green die immediately after installation and the engine had been primed correctly and FP said it died due to oil starvation. That car also had low oil pressure due to a clogged pickup tube and had a catastrophic failure right after nobody believed the oil starvation story from FP. Also I have lost two EGT probes and in both cases chunks were missing. So I dunno, the theories from Robert @ FP about why those turbos died sound feasible to me.

um its a little different...a "lemon" is one bad car from a company

this is a case of multiple crappy products from a company with awful customer service
