Is this what damage typically looks like from an object going into the turbo? I would think that the blades would break not bend and tear.

I would imagine that the blades of the turbine would be damaged. At the high RPMs they move, it is virtually impossible for on object to pass by them without making contact.

Wow that is some shady customer service. I'd be raping their ears over the phone if I was in your shoes. Maybe even paying the money to go visit their factory and rip them apart in person. I have a feeling FP will be contacting you to make some type of deal in the near future...but who knows. Seems they just lost a lot more than refunding you both turbos.

Agreed. I but they are prob thinking, Hey its one guy, what can he do. I love how there are 2,600 views and more then 100 comments about it. I thought it was odd how he was very friendly at the first exchange of emails and once you asked for a refund it was a total different story. Keep us updated if you get any emails from them!

A year or two ago i used to recommend FP turbos such as the 20G and FPGreen.. But after hearing stories about horrible customer service (which has been documented many times and proven) i now recommend either the deadbolt 20G or the GT52, both great turbos.. Especially the GT52, i've heard only good things about that turbo..

MAybe FP will learn a lesson, i kno i've influenced at least 5 differnt people on what turbokit to buy for their subaru, and ill tell you none was a FP turbo.. FP SUCKS!
