Best price on TMIC gaskets...worst shipping practices.

I paid for 2nd day shipping on Monday the 9th. They didn't process the order until Thursday the 12th. So here it is 1 week later Monday the 16th and I still don't have my gaskets. UPS tracking says they're due to arrive today but why offer 1 and 2 day shipping options if you're going to wait 3 days before even processing the order? I would have received the gaskets in the same amount of time if I paid for regular ground shipping ($9.00) as opposed to 2nd day overnight shipping ($30.00). Thanks for screwing me out of $20.00.

I love companies that do this.

I can only think people wait 3 days to ship out of sheer laziness.
